Job Title: Customer Service Representative
 
General Description: The David King Insurance Agency is seeking a hard-working, highly motivated, growth-oriented individual to service personal and business insurance. The representative will assist both personal lines agents and commercial lines agents and will be tasked with greeting customers, providing proof of insurance cards, processing payments, following up on past due payments, making miscellaneous policy changes and shopping rates through available carriers for better pricing opportunities for existing customers.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review and Re-Quote existing customers for accuracy and pricing
Service existing customer accounts
Answer phones and assist / transfer calls
Process payments
Process proof of insurance requests

General office duties
Generate professional communication letters / emails to clients
 
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year prior customer service experience
Able to speak and communicate in a clear, concise, confident and professional manner
Able to react in a fast-paced, high demanding, multi-tasking environment
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be ambitious and self-motivated
Must have excellent time-management & multi-tasking skills
Must have a friendly, positive, and energetic attitude
Must have good people skills and computer skills
Possess a willingness to learn and increase insurance knowledge

 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
